4 cups cauliflower florets
2 Tablespoons maple syrup or honey
2 Tablespoons sriracha
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 Tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
1. Place the prepared cauliflower on a cooking sheet lined with foil. Give space to each piece of cauliflower.
2. Place in oven at 350 degrees.
3. Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly brown.
4. Take out of oven and let cool for a few minutes and then enjoy!
