How does the complimentary consultation and free personal training session work?
We offer you the chance to meet with a trainer for a one hour consultation/personal training session. This is the best way for you to get to know the trainer, their style, and to determine whether you are a good fit for one another.
During the consultation, the personal trainer will discuss your goals, health history, any injuries you may have, and nutrition, followed by a short health questionnaire to ensure it is safe to engage in a fitness session. If so, your trainer will take you through a 30 minute personal training session and discuss various training options. Together, you will choose a training package that works best for you.

We will pass on your contact details to the personal trainer best suited for you. They will contact you directly and set up a time and day that works best for you.
What should I bring to my complimentary consultation and free training session?
All you need is a clean pair of indoor athletic shoes and comfortable workout attire. We supply filtered water, towel service and free parking.

Each person has different needs, fitness backgrounds, goals, and training schedules. For these reasons, not everyone will progress at the same rate. During your personal assessment we will provide you with an estimated time for goal achievement before providing you with the guidance to help you achieve your results as quickly as possible. It is up to you to do your recommended homework exercises and follow our nutritional guidance. Results will follow

Based on this discussion the trainer will provide you with a specific cost per hour.
How much does personal training cost at the private studio?
Cost for each of you will range from $26.50 – $34.50 per session. Having an exercise partner can be both a cost effective and fun way to achieve your fitness goals.
How much does it cost to work out with a friend?
Personal training sessions range from $89 to $109 depending upon the frequency and location of training, and the package that you purchase. At your complimentary consultation and free personal training session your trainer will discuss your goals, when you would like to achieve these goals by as well as your schedule for training. Based on this discussion the trainer will provide you with a specific cost per hour.
