At Advantage Conditioning we believe that proper nutrition forms the base for any fitness plan.
As a complimentary part of our personal training packages, our certified trainers will assist you with your nutritional needs to help you get the results you’re after. They will teach you a common-sense approach to food that is both easy to integrate into your current lifestyle and easy to live with.
What are some of our beliefs?

What you can expect from Advantage nutritional counseling?
- initial “food recall” consisting of logging your food intake over a period of three to five days
- personal counseling session to
- review your “food recall”
- educate on current, as well as recommended, eating habits
- integrate changes into daily routine
- ongoing support personalized to meet your specific nutritional needs and goals
- access to our on-line newsletter for recipes and nutrition tips
- referral to a registered dietician if you have specialized nutrition needs relating to such things as diabetes, specific intolerances/allergies, etc
