At Advantage Conditioning we believe that proper nutrition forms the base for any fitness plan.

As a complimentary part of our personal training packages, our certified trainers will assist you with your nutritional needs to help you get the results you’re after.  They will teach you a common-sense approach to food that is both easy to integrate into your current lifestyle and easy to live with.

What are some of our beliefs?

  • initial “food recall” consisting of logging your food intake over a period of three to five days
  • personal counseling session to
    • review your “food recall”
    • educate on current, as well as recommended, eating habits
    • integrate changes into daily routine
    • ongoing support personalized to meet your specific nutritional needs and goals
    • access to our on-line newsletter for recipes and nutrition tips
    • referral to a registered dietician if you have specialized nutrition needs relating to such things as diabetes, specific intolerances/allergies, etc
