Be careful what you eat during the weekends. Usually the weekends are a “free for all” eating concept…this inevitably results in poor fast food choices. Plan your weekend meals before the weekend begins.

I love our new website. Aside from my unfortunately goofy haircut 2 days before the photo shoot, I am very happy with how the site turned out. I hope everybody can learn (and be part of) healthy lifestyle choices.
